Personal information that is captured and stored electronically by Focus Dynamics is stored on secure cloud-based servers, which only authorised staff members may access. We also employ technological measures to maintain security and confidentiality, including the use of anti-virus software, multi-factor authentication, etc.
When your personal information is no longer needed by Focus Dynamics, we will take reasonable steps to destroy it. However, most personal information is or will be stored in client files, which Focus Dynamics keeps for a minimum of seven years.

You may access the personal information Focus Dynamics holds by contacting us in writing. To protect your personal information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information to you.
